Standard terms

- Rent paid by the 8th
- Unfurnished with a fitted kitchen
- Our buildings have no lifts. The floor is shown on every listing.
How to apply
Documents for every adult:
- ID (cartão de cidadão or título de residência)
- Employment contract
- Last 3 payslips
- Latest IRS statement, if applicable
